Free people finds

I always love layering up during the fall and winter seasons and free people makes it so easy to do so with so many versatile pieces. I went to their sale on black friday and found this silk black tank that can transition all year round and my favorite ruffle socks in cream and maroon. I paired it with my free people black jeans, my leather vest and my $5 beanie from forever 21. Can't forgetfavoriterite necklace from little pieces of hope! Check out her etsy site. How do you layer up???

Red poncho

I got this red and black houndstooth poncho thing a couple years back, went through a style change, stashed it away in a box and now I've fallen in love with it all over again. I paired it with my new favorite Frame denim that I've already worn a hundred times in the few weeks I've had them. They are literally the perfect fit. With the weather getting as cold as it is, the more fuzzy, cozy, blanket type clothing pieces I have, the better!

Thanksgiving

Happy thanksgiving everyone! I am so grateful to be able to spend this year at home and close to family and friends. I'm thankful for the life I live, the roof over my head, to be able to do what I'm passionate about, to have family that loves me and friends that make me laugh, for yoga, for my health, and for all my little puppies! I am so blessed to be able to do what I love and have the freedom to make choices for myself as a woman and a creative being. What are you thankful for?

Rust

I have never been one to "thrift", not that I am against it, just never found a reason to. Now moving back home, not having the resources that I used to down in LA, and having a smaller budget than what I'm used to, I have found myself visiting local thrift stores here on the island on the reg. I've mostly found knick knacks and craft supplies, but the other day I happened upon this rust, vintage, wool skirt in the middle of the halloween costume rack. I didn't want to try it on so took a risk, bought it, brought it home and it turned out to be the cutest fall skirt I own! I paired it with a white lace top and my birkenstocks for a delicate fall look.

Oliveyou

Obsessing over this olive green sweater from forever 21! Fall fell fast this year and the weather is getting colder and colder. I love collecting new sweaters every fall because you just can't get the same cozy fuzzy feeling in an old one. Paired with my favorite free people black jeans and a flannel, I dressed this look up with some lipstick, but could easily dress it down with some birks and a top bun!
