Oliveyou

Obsessing over this olive green sweater from forever 21! Fall fell fast this year and the weather is getting colder and colder. I love collecting new sweaters every fall because you just can't get the same cozy fuzzy feeling in an old one. Paired with my favorite free people black jeans and a flannel, I dressed this look up with some lipstick, but could easily dress it down with some birks and a top bun!

Midi

I have never been too much of a skirt wearer, but my favorite fall trend right now has to be the midi skirt! Hitting just below the knees and a bit of an a-line cut, I found this vintage plaid one at Wasteland when I was back in LA and I absolutely love it. I bought a similar one in black and can't wait to pair these with swesters this fall season.

Tuscan pizza

Let's face it, pizza tastes amazing! But most likely not the best for you so I made my own with a little bit healthier ingredients. One thing not included in this pizza is guilt!

What you'll need:
-Pizza dough (I got the whole wheat from trader joes)
-pizza sauce
-mozzarella cheese
-spinach
-sun dried tomatoes
-feta cheese
-pizza stone or pan

First, sprinkle some flour onto whatever you're making your pizza on so it doesnt stick. Flatten out your pizza dough so that it's about 12 inches in diameter and spread a layer of pizza sauce on with a spoon. Sprinkle a generous layer of cheese on leaving about an inch of dough around the edge for crust. Put whatever type of toppings you'd like. I put spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta. You could also make a meat lovers by putting some vegetarian pepperoni, soyrizo, and breakfast "sausage". Or some bacon flakes (coconut flakes cooked in maple syrup) and pineapple bits for a hawaiian pizza. Possibilities are endless. Cook at 420º for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!

Dreams

This heavy duty free people sweater came in handy when I decided to head to the beach in the middle of september in the great pnw. I'm so grateful though to live on an island surrounded by views and water 24/7. I have many memories of growing up being in the water, by the water, and around the water. Here I feel a sense of innocence and childlike thoughts take over. I can be whoever I want to be, do whatever I want to do. There's no boundaries. You can dream as big as you want to.

Fall

And all at once, summer colapsed into fall.

New season, new changes, new beginnings, and new adventures. Packing up our summer wardrobe and getting ready for the cozy sweaters, fuzzy socks, warm fires, orange leaves, and gusty winds. I embrace the autumn season!

Wild and free

To be free to me means happiness, peace, and inner success. We live in a career driven and judgemental world and measure success by the paycheck we bring home or the car we drive . True happiness can only be found within. Everything you need to be happy lies within you, you just have to discover it. And maybe a cute sweater while you're digging won't hurt. This tigerlily la ponche blazer cardi can be used as a great layering piece or a warm cover up after a bath!

Pam & Gela

Fashion week season is at it's prime right now and since I can't be there the easiest way to stay in the know is my favorite, style.com! You can see all the shows as they appear around the world and so far there's a couple that have stood out to me. My favorite so far and my inspiration for spring would have to be Pam & Gela ss15. Founded by the owners of juicy couture this line has everything I could dream of; fringe, destressed boyfriend denim, simple tees, black, printed maxis, a little sporty chic and dogs! This will definitely be my look for the spring season. Check out all the looks here! What I are your favorite shows and inspiration so far??
